Tammy Wolcott

Chief Executive Officer

Tammy Wolcott is a founder of W Squared. Prior to W Squared, she was Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Treasurer of I-Trax, Inc., formerly CHD Meridian Healthcare. During her six years with the company, she was responsible for all aspects of the corporate finance function, including consolidation of 36 legal entities, management of all required reporting for senior lenders, oversight of centralized payroll for 1,800 employees, and management of the company’s cash concentration and investment strategies. Ms. Wolcott was also responsible for establishing both internal management reports and external public reports to comply with SEC guidelines and a review of internal controls and processes to comply with the Sarbannes-Oxley Act.

Prior to joining CHD Meridian Healthcare, Ms. Wolcott was employed as National Director of Human Resources and as Assistant Controller for Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. As part of the early management team, she assisted in growing the company from 3 to 60 surgery centers. During her nine-year tenure, she provided standardization of the accounting process and training for business managers, developed a consolidated cash management program through a major bank, and created a national benefits program for 1,500 employees.

Ms. Wolcott received her BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. Ms. Wolcott is a member of Lipscomb University’s College of Business Board of Visitors.

Casey Correnti

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Correnti joined W Squared in August of 2007 to manage the growth and development of the company. As Vice President, Business Development at Marathon Health, Mr. Correnti was responsible for product development, revenue growth, and partnerships of the start-up enterprise that placed health coaches at employers’ work-sites. Prior to joining Marathon Health, Mr. Correnti spent eight years at CHD Meridian Healthcare leaving as Vice President, Business Development. At CHD Meridian he was part of the management team that grew the nation’s largest provider of on-site healthcare from $30 million to over $200 million in annual revenue and identified the market opportunity of the stand-alone employer-dedicated pharmacy, developed the business model, and then successfully sold the idea to large employers. This product became the company’s most visible product.

Starting in Southern California and continuing in Nashville, Mr. Correnti has been involved in several healthcare start-ups, from managed care organizations to practice management companies. Mr. Correnti received his BS in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

Dave Roberts

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Roberts joined W Squared in October 2011. His primary focus is providing IT Leadership to W Squared clients. With a background in a Shared Services environment, he leverages his experience to bring effective solutions utilizing a combination of client, business partner, and W Squared associates resources.

Aside from a four-year period at Cracker Barrel where he managed Store and Home Office Support organizations, the majority of Mr. Roberts professional experience has been based in the healthcare industry. He joined the W Squared team after serving as a Consultant for Health Management Associates focusing on implementation of inpatient systems, issue management, and vendor/product selection.

Prior to HMA, Mr. Roberts served as Director of IT&S for HCA’s Shared Services Center in Nashville. In that role, he was responsible for a multi-discipline team providing IT Services and Support in a centralized revenue cycle, payroll, health information management, and physician credentialing environment. Mr. Roberts began his career in healthcare IT as a desktop engineer at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida. While at Florida Hospital, he led implementations of internally developed medical transcription systems and network infrastructure and managed the network service group.

Mr. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is certified in Risk and Information System Controls (ISACA).

Joe Cron

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cron brings over 25 years of experience in technology, systems architecture, implementation, and project management serving healthcare, manufacturing, printing, merchandising, and education. A passionate problem solver, Mr. Cron strives to comprehend the needs of the business as it relates to technology.

Prior to joining W Squared, Mr. Cron served as Director of IT Operations for Accelerated Learning Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for design, operation, and support of all technology initiatives. He worked closely with school operations and senior management to create solutions that addressed requirements while also providing value. Projects included fostering a virtual delivery model for delivering student curriculum to “at risk” students, a centralized VOIP deployment that increased dependability while reducing cost, an enterprise HD video conferencing deployment that reduced travel cost and provided distant learning opportunities, and a refined service desk process that provided enhanced triage and communications.

Mr. Cron also served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Facilities at CHD Meridian Healthcare prior to joining Accelerated Learning Solutions. In this role, Mr. Cron was responsible for the systems and network architecture for all enterprise-wide technology. He conceived, designed, and implemented centralized virtual delivery models that provided a secure and scalable platform for application delivery. He was instrumental in designing clinical and pharmacy technology platforms that provided flexibility while maintaining controllable cost.

Lyn Cotton

VP of Human Resources and Payroll

Lyn Cotton, VP of Human Resources and Payroll, has over 15 years of multi-discipline experience to include compliance, policy management, compensation management, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management. Lyn most recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the legacy CHS and W Squared employee groups, and served as the prior operational leader and HRIS Director for W Squared’s HR and Payroll Client Services Team.

She has partnered with leadership teams to design, implement, and execute policies, programs, and system solutions in industries of small business public policy, engineering and architecture, consulting firms, BPOs and healthcare.

With her diverse background, she has led organizational development efforts in companies to align resources with company and department needs. She has partnered with shared services leaders to design and implement compensation and performance management programs, integrated HRIS solutions, workflow and operational improvements for human resources, payroll, and recruitment. She has a strong passion for taking the status quo, dated processes and technology and creating efficient and effective tools for business leaders, practitioners and end-users.

Prior to joining the legacy CHSW teams, she served as the HR Generalist at Gresham, Smith and Partners engineering and architecture firm leading and developing compensation and performance management programs and implementing an HRIS solution. She is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute, and her Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management which complements her studies at Aquinas College, Business Administration.

Deborah Long

Vice President, Procurement Services

Ms. Long joined W Squared in 2012. Her primary focus is providing comprehensive procurement services to W Squared clients to include cost savings, contract management, supplier relationship management, tactical purchasing execution, and strategic sourcing. Deborah has over twenty years of experience directing operations and building strategic growth through improved earnings through leadership, focus, and execution of plan.

Ms. Long began her career in procurement in the automotive industry at General Motors and then moved into the consumer goods industry at Newell/Rubbermaid. She continued her career climb as the Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Murray where she readied the company to be sold while she continued to maintain production and drive savings and efficiencies.

After leaving Murray, Ms. Long entered the healthcare industry as Associate VP of Procurement at Take Care Health/Walgreens. Ms. Long continued to deliver results on multi-million dollar contract negotiations in various categories, including medical supplies, office supplies, and other services. Her experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, cost-savings initiatives and business practices has yielded her a success rate which has saved numerous companies millions of dollars.

Ms. Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from State University of NY at Buffalo, along with certifications from the Institute of Supply Management. She holds a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).

Chris Morgan

Vice President, Accounting and Implementation

Mr. Morgan has been a full time employee of W Squared since 2006. During his time with the company, he has been a key member of the Finance and Accounting team. His hard work and dedication to his craft have led to his swift rise through the W Squared ranks. In just eight short years, he has already been promoted multiple times, an accomplishment that reflects the quality of his work. After starting out as a Staff Accountant, Mr. Morgan now holds the role of VP and Controller, where he is in charge of several high-level accounts, and has managed and successfully completed multiple implementations.

Mr. Morgan is a licensed CPA and graduated from Murray State in 2006 with an Accounting degree. He was on a tennis scholarship during his entire college career.

Ashley Patterson

Vice President, Accounting and Client Services

Mrs. Patterson joined W Squared in 2013. Her primary focus is providing clients accounting services consistent with expectations and deliverables as an extension of their organization. Before joining W Squared, she most recently worked in the wireless insurance industry where she was responsible for supporting the design of billing models and processes, working with cross-functional teams in its implementation and through its operation.

Prior to insurance Ms. Patterson was employed as the Information and Analysis Manager within the Procurement organization, as well as the Accounts Payable Manager at Take Care Health/Walgreens. During this time, she managed the team responsible for supporting over 300 employer onsite clinics, processing over $52M in payables annually. She also completed a full corporate realignment to a regional business structure, implemented corporate travel and expense programs, and supported the design and implementation of a full financial system without any negative impact to the business.

Early in Mrs. Patterson’s career she worked as a Senior Treasury and AP Accountant in manufacturing where she supported in the development, implementation, and management of in-house written programs allowing treasury and cash management on $150M in debt. Additionally she was responsible for financial forecasting, development of funding strategies, management of LIBOR contracts, and Borrowing Base Certificate reporting.

Ms. Patterson earned her BS in Accounting from the University of North Alabama.

Michael Smith

Vice President, Accounting and Systems

Mr. Smith joined W Squared in 2006 as a Senior Accountant where he worked with Microsoft Dynamics GP to complete monthly closes for a number of clients in various industries. He has been working with the Enterprise Business Solutions team since 2009. Mr. Smith brings vast experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, successfully completing numerous GP implementations, has managed multiple upgrades of GP, and assists with troubleshooting and support for clients and internal users.

Prior to joining W Squared, Mr. Smith was a Senior Accountant with HCA Physicians Services, where he was responsible for the accounting of a multiple clinics.

Mr. Smith graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Mr. Smith is a Microsoft Certified Professional holding certifications in financials, installation, and configuration, and Microsoft’s Sure Step implementation methodology.

Linda Kay Windham

Client Chief Financial Officer

Linda Kay Windham has been with W Squared since May 2013. She has over eight years of experience in healthcare, five years of experience in manufacturing and more than three years of experience in logistics.

Prior to joining W Squared, Mrs. Windham served as Senior Manager of Finance at Philips Healthcare (a division of Royal Philips of the Netherlands). In this role, she was responsible for analyzing and producing valuation and synergy growth models, as well as performing due diligence on potential acquisitions. She also led implementations and served as Controller on the acquired companies. Mrs. Windham has extensive experience with Budgeting and Forecasting and received Philips’ “Quality Award” within her first three months of employment for process improvements made to the budgeting formats. She was selected as a Core Team Leader for Winergy, a Philips association for linking women in business to help develop growth, and was selected to perform training to new Philips managers hired or promoted throughout the entire Philips organization, teaching basic finance and accounting concepts to help develop non-financial managers. Mrs. Windham was also a leader in “Project Synergy” to align similar businesses within Philips to simplify processes and decrease costs.

Prior to Philips, Mrs. Windham held the position of Assistant Controller at Flash Technology, a division of SPX Corporation, where she was the finance leader on implementing SAP for two companies within SPX Corporation. This included blueprinting SAP to meet the needs of those companies, as well as developing processes and training employees on SAP.

Mrs. Windham obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Lipscomb University Nashville. In her spare time, she works as a CFO in the business she and her husband own in Franklin, Tennessee, and also volunteers her financial expertise as campaign treasurer for election candidates.
