She has partnered with leadership teams to design, implement, and execute policies, programs, and system solutions in industries of small business public policy, engineering and architecture, consulting firms, BPOs and healthcare.
With her diverse background, she has led organizational development efforts in companies to align resources with company and department needs. She has partnered with shared services leaders to design and implement compensation and performance management programs, integrated HRIS solutions, workflow and operational improvements for human resources, payroll, and recruitment. She has a strong passion for taking the status quo, dated processes and technology and creating efficient and effective tools for business leaders, practitioners and end-users.
Prior to joining the legacy CHSW teams, she served as the HR Generalist at Gresham, Smith and Partners engineering and architecture firm leading and developing compensation and performance management programs and implementing an HRIS solution. She is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute, and her Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management which complements her studies at Aquinas College, Business Administration.
