W Squared is a professional solutions company that specializes in accounting, finance, technology, human resources, and payroll services to companies in varying industries.  We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to add to our growing accounting department. The individual will be working in different industries and therefore will have the opportunity to learn accounting practices in several different areas.

Summary

This position will include performing day to day accounts payable activities including but not limited to:

  • Receiving, verifying, preparing, and processing a high volume of invoices for goods and services for data entry
  • Obtaining required approvals and verifying the transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Building and producing weekly check runs, wire transfers and/or ACH payments
  • Audit and process credit card bills
  • Maintain records, including vendor files thoroughly and accurately
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two years in accounting or related field.
  • Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).

Description
W Squared is a professional solutions company that specializes in accounting, finance, technology, human resources, and payroll services to companies in varying industries. We are looking for a HR Client Support Analyst to add to our growing human resources department.
Summary
The HR client support analyst (HRCSA) serves in a human resource coordinator and administrative support capacity on the W Squared HR and Payroll Service Delivery Team. This position provides HR support onsite at our client facility and is the primary point of contact for our client’s employees. The HRCSA collaborates and coordinates support efforts for HR, Benefits and Payroll with the expanded team.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following, and are subject to change based on business needs.

  • Reside at the client worksite and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Collaborate with the respective practitioner to address the employee question through resolution.
  • Collect and process new hire paper work, employee changes, and termination paper work with detail and accuracy and disseminating applicable paper work for benefits and payroll.
  • Maintain and audit personnel files.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining job descriptions.
  • Provide assistance to the Talent Team during the on-boarding and new hire orientation process.
  • Support the annual performance evaluation process.
  • Coordinate and provide assistance during open enrollment working with the benefits services manager and benefits client specialist to ensure a successful and positive enrollment experience.
  • Coordinate leaves management and workers compensation processes with employee and the benefit services team.
  • Provide assistance and/or perform benefits invoice reconciliation.
  • Provide assistance and/or key employee benefit elections to carrier sites.
  • Provide support to the HR account management team, benefits services team, and payroll services team during year-end, audits, and required government filings.
  • Provide other administrative duties as needed to support HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Provide other administrative duties as needed to support the client CFO.

Requirements

 

  • Associates degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources or related administrative support experience required.
  • Familiar with HR, Benefits or Payroll practices is desired.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write business letters, summarize information heard both stated and implied.
  • Ability to learn and navigate software systems and understand basic data elements to create reports.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Platforms is a plus, but it is not required.
  • Excellent customer service management.
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow-up on tasks, and work with general oversight and direction.
